6. Use of funds

Development and rehabilitation programs for the implementation of programs prepared by the committee for the development and rehabilitation of children can be spent from the fund as follows:-

(a) Every year To spend for the same year's program so as not to exceed fifty percent of the amount accumulated in the fund.
(b) When interest is received from the amount in the fund, the interest and the amount accumulated in the fund for that year shall be spent in such a way that it does not exceed fifty percent, and the program of the same year shall be conducted.
(c) As the fund increases and becomes sufficient to operate the program from interest only, spend the amount to operate the program from interest only.
